InterOperate Smart Home, a Charlotte-based smart home company, is sponsoring a series of business leadership events at Queens University of Charlotte on Sept. 13, 2022.
The events start at 1 p.m. with an “Entrepreneur and Business Leaders Mindset Workshop” led by Dr. Ashley Smith of Peak Mind: The Center for Psychological Strength.
Based on cutting-edge psychological research and methods, attendees will learn about powerful tools for mastering your mindset and performing at your peak. This is a ticketed event with limited seating.
The second event, free and open to the public, is a short series of talks starting at 4 p.m. at Queens University of Charlotte. Three speakers with varied expertise will share vulnerable journeys of building a company of one into a group of many; using universal values to promote global growth and the flexible mindset necessary for success.
The day concludes with a Network Charlotte Live Meet and Greet event at 6 p.m. at Vin Master.

Ashley is also open about living – and learning to thrive – with a rare visual impairment. She is passionate about helping others live vibrant, happy lives while performing at their peak through the use of psychology and applied neuroscience. Her ultimate goal is to change the way people think.
