COMMUNICATION
Internally we use Slack, the channel #inter-operate-mediavalet is open to everyone for visibility and used for general Q&A
Client specific internal discussions have their own channel.

Partner Manager Steve Outterbridge can also help answer general partner Q&A directly. Always Slack @mention the necessary people to ensure they get an alert.

We will always create a client-specific slack channel to kick-off discussions internally before ever sending any communications to client

A Scoping call is a great opportunity for us to meet the client to dig into their integration needs, show a demo, and answer any questions.

ORDER FORM
All integrations are added as additional line items on MediaValet's standard Order Form.
The line item templates you can paste into your Order Form can be found at the top of the page under "Quick Links".
Once the client has signed the order form, send the executed copy in the client-specific Slack channel

SOLD! WHAT NEXT?
New clients will need to go through at minimum 75% of their MediaValet implementation before InterOperate can get started on their integration.
Existing customers that already have their MediaValet implemented can skip to the next step.
In order for us to be able to set the integration up in the customer's MediaValet instance, the core structure will need to be in place.
KICK-OFF INTRO
The MediaValet Implementation/CS rep alerts @Victor Vallido in the client-specific Slack channel, then sends the templated introduction email to the customer + CC'ing:

Victor Vallido is InterOperate's Head of DevOps and takes lead on all client integrations.
Although their may be other Integration Developers involved, Victor will always take lead on client communication.
IMPLEMENTATION
InterOperate goes to work implementing / building the integration and working directly with the client during this phase.
Followed by testing and always ensuring the client is happy with their integration.

The client is given a support ticket link during the implementation process, and can always communicate directly with us for anything.
PRO TIP
We pride ourselves on Customer Success and always ensuring the client remains happy.
If at anytime something is not working correctly with their integration, they can submit a Support Ticket and we will remedy ASAP!
